Seroes da Bonjóia - tertulias à moda do Porto

O formato não é o mais importante, desde que se recriem as tertúlias à moda do Porto, tão popular no passado e que agora são revividas todas as quinta-feiras na Quinta da Bonjóia. Cheiro a bacalhau

O Manel meteu pela rua dos Caldeireiros e ao sentir o cheiro a bacalhau com  grão das tascas da zona medieval, a sua alma elevou-se aos céus.  cheiro a bacalhau nas tascas do Porto A maior invenção nacional, nem protegida nem subsidiada, a tasca, a tal do copinho de vinho branco, pastéis de bacalhau e chouriço assado em aguardente. Um grau acima de taberna, um grau abaixo de restaurante, nem mais.

A festa continua

A festa continuou durante muito mais tempo. Quando a comida e a bebida acabaram, um grupo de jovens e elegantes donzelas entre as quais aquela que me tinha trincado a barba, entrou no circulo e iniciou uma dança frenética, na qual não paravam de mexer os ombros. Nunca teria imaginado que pudessem mover-se de forma tão furiosa velocidade e daquela prodigiosa maneira como se estivessem desarticuladas. A música corria a um ritmo simples cadenciada por um tambor ao qual pois se juntou outro e outro e mais outro até que a cadência se tornou imparável e hipnótica.   A festa continuou noite dentro.
